Classical massage is one of the most traditional and common types of massage. It primarily activates blood and lymph circulation, stimulates metabolism – the body naturally cleanses itself of waste products, reduces headaches and muscle pain. As a result of massage, the body’s resistance to diseases increases. Massage has a relaxing effect on both mental and physical overstrain.
Bath treatments stimulate the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems, reduce stress, sea minerals promote skin metabolism and have an effect of removing excess fluid from the body.
The interaction of warm water and various concentrates made from medicinal herbs can achieve, for example, a relaxing and stress-relieving effect, treat skin inflammation or relieve pain.
Relevant herbal extracts or sea salt are added to the bath water (temp. 36 – 38 degrees).
Our Luxury Bath Salt consists of sea salt and Epsom salt. Sea salt has a muscle relaxing and anti-inflammatory effect.
The main component of Epsom salt, magnesium, plays an important role in health and general well-being. Among other things, magnesium regulates the activity of more than 325 enzymes as well as several bodily functions – muscle work, energy production, removal of harmful toxins, etc.

Refreshing mint bath – An exceptionally refreshing and invigorating mint aroma is perfect for waking up in the morning, as well as for cooling down after a hot beach. In aromatherapy, peppermint oil is used to relieve headaches and cold symptoms.
Relaxing lavender bath – Relaxing, softening, reduces muscle and joint pain, suitable for nervousness, stress and sleep disorders. Has antiseptic properties. Reduces acne and psoriasis, relieves colds.
Luxurious rose flower bath – You will feel like a lady of the manor in this luxurious salt bath. The bath salt is scented with Ylang-Ylang, which is passionate and orientally exotic in its effect. A handful of fragrant rose blossoms helps create a romantic mood.
Lemongrass adds zest and freshness.
Paraffin therapy is based on the high heat capacity of paraffin and its rich oil content. As a result of the treatment procedure, the skin capillaries expand, the reserve capillaries open, blood and lymph circulation improves, and the skin becomes softer and smoother. Paraffin facilitates the penetration of moisturizing substances into the deeper layers of the skin.
Paraffin therapy deeply nourishes, cleanses, and enriches the skin with vitamins A and E and Paraffin care collagen, which also have a moisturizing and wrinkle-preventing effect in the case of dry skin.
Paraffin with various therapeutic additives is used for hands and feet.

Finnish sauna
It is a relaxing and anti-stress therapy tool and an effective helper for many health problems. The main factors are the air temperature and humidity of the sauna, the time spent in the sauna, and the efficiency of air exchange.
Aromatherapy oils help the body cleanse itself, have an anti-stress effect, and help with specific problems. The true effect of the sauna comes from the alternation of cold and hot phases – each stage should be followed by cooling down with cold water or fresh air. That is why our pool also has slightly cooler water. (16-18c)
